How can someone good be 50-70% cheaper than a local hire?

Will the person actually understand my business?
We don't just match on skills - we match on context. Before placing anyone, we understand your business, your work style, and what good looks like for you. We shortlist people who have worked in similar industries or roles. Most of our placements become their client's go-to person within the first 30 days - not because we got lucky, but because fit is a deliberate part of our process.
How do you vet the people you place?
Every person goes through background verification, skill assessment, and a cultural fit evaluation before they ever meet you. We're not a job board - we're an employer of record, which means these people are on our payroll and our reputation is on the line with every placement. We only put forward people we'd stake our name on.
What happens if the person isn't working out?
We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee on every placement. If things aren't working - for any reason - we replace the person at no additional cost. We'd rather fix the situation fast than have you stuck with the wrong hire.
How do I know work is actually being done?
Your person works from a premium co-working office, not their bedroom. That means a structured environment, professional setup, and no home distractions. How you track work is entirely up to you - most clients use the same tools they already use with any team member: Slack, Notion, Jira, Linear, whatever fits. You manage the work; we handle everything else.
What does employer of record actually mean for me?
It means you get all the benefits of having a dedicated team member without the legal complexity of employing someone in another country. We're the legal employer on paper. You direct the work. We handle contracts, payroll, taxes, compliance, and HR. One relationship, zero entity setup required.
You handle payroll and compliance - what happens if something goes wrong?
As the employer of record, we carry the legal and compliance responsibility. Your person is on our payroll - we handle taxes, benefits, local labor law compliance, and government filings. If something goes wrong on the compliance side, that's our problem to fix, not yours. That's the point of the EOR model.
How quickly can I get someone started?
For most roles, 21 days from first conversation to someone sitting at their desk and ready to work. For executive assistants and similar roles, it can be as fast as 48 hours. We'll give you a realistic timeline based on what you need before you commit to anything.
What's actually included in the monthly fee?
Everything: the person's salary, payroll processing, statutory benefits, office space, IT infrastructure, internet, HR support, and compliance management. One invoice, nothing hidden. You don't pay separately for desk space, equipment, or admin overhead.
Can I scale up or down after starting?
Yes. You can add team members as you grow, and scale down with 30 days notice. We're built for companies that are moving fast and can't commit to rigid headcount plans years in advance.
